I am 37 years old (as of 2021/06/12) and I am a passionate model maker. My subject area is the units of the Bundeswehr and their allies in the Cold War in Northern Hesse.
By chance I have come across some original work models in 1:10, 1:15 or 1:25 over a period time. These models are only available once! Manufactured by Wegmann, Rheinmetall and Krauss-Maffei!

It has got around in certain circles that I give these foundlings a home. The problem is the scale. The 1:10 model, like the Leopard 1 0-series and Leopard 2 PT11 are one metre long! The GPM is almost two metres long when the excavator arms are extended. Weight is also a problem. The 1:10 models weigh about 10 kilos, the 1:16 Leopard 2AV is made of cast steel and weighs over 12 kilos!
