Canadian Leopard C2 MEXAS Project DVD

Compiled by Anthony Sewards
3283 images plus 14 videos on a second DVD

This DVD of the C2 MEXAS Project contains material that comes from first-hand knowledge of the C2 MEXAS when they were deployed on combat operations from late 2006. They were finally pulled from front-line service due to wear and tear with only a few lasting until the end of operations in July 2011. These last Leopards were the versions that mounted the route clearing attachments: dozer, mine plough and mine rollers.

The information collected on this DVD comes from multiple sources: from serving and former members of the Canadian Military, Combat Camera and from friends. Permission has been granted for this project to use their images and certain material from Leopard technical manuals.

Photo files contain a wealth of information that will help the viewer obtain the right information about any individual C2 MEXAS that was deployed in Afghanistan - plus Word documents explaining the reasons as to why these Leopard 1s were sent to Afghanistan with a brief history of their deployment, modifications and much more.
